Release of Responsibility

      Cooters Powder Coating cannot be held responsible for any parts which might be one of the following lost, stolen, damaged of any kind for any reason, whether by our control or not. Cooters Powder Coating accepts no responsibility of any kind written or oral for any parts to be powder coated. The customer must accept any risk of damage to any parts dropped off to Cooters Powder Coating for powder coating. The customer understands that the color on our color charts is for reference only and may vary slightly. By signing this release of responsibility the customer has read and understands this document. The customer has agreed to accept all responsibility for their parts. The customer fully understands this is a legal and binding contract.
